Most commonly the speed and quality of our service is directly related to the customers internet speed or inconsistent connection at user’s end. Rather than WiFi, we suggest for the best connection possible that you use an Ethernet cable to watch. If the latency persists, restart your device.
With are huge inventory of worldwide content occasionally a certain channel or movie may be unavailable on server end. Once identified we will do our best resolve issue as soon as possible.

Though almost all of our servers are stable, sometimes some channels do freeze or don’t work due to various reasons but it’s not permanent. Our expert engineers are always working to fix them.
